Who we are
Preeminent Professional Services (PPS) is a facilities maintenance and management company working across the DMV. This policy covers information collected on https://prmntpro.com.
Information you give us
If you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, company or organization, email, phone if you provide one, a description of what you need, and the service you are interested in.
If you request a capability statement, we collect your email and the service line you select. We use that to send the statement and occasional capability updates. We do not share that email with other companies.
If you apply as a vendor or to join the team, we collect the business and contact details, coverage, insurance, certifications, and past work you submit, plus any files you attach. A team application includes your role, phone, and résumé. A person at PPS reviews the application. Those documents stay confidential.
If you use the questions assistant on the home page or the about page, we send the messages you type so the assistant can answer. We do not attach your name or email unless you type them into the message.
Information collected automatically
We also use cookies and browser storage. That includes a login cookie for crew and office tools and a language preference on vendor documents. The names and how long they last are in the Cookie Policy.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- Reply to inquiries
- Send a capability statement you requested, and occasional updates about it
- Review vendor and team applications
- Keep crew and office logins signed in
- Measure how the public site is used
- Answer questions asked on the home and about pages
Who receives it
Form submissions are emailed to us and passed to the workflow we use to follow up. Google receives analytics from the public site through Google Analytics. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and application records for as long as we need them to respond, do the work, and keep an ordinary business record. The login cookie lasts 180 days. Analytics cookies last up to two years.
