Who We Are
PPS is a facilities maintenance and management company working across the full DMV. We engineer the work and manage it under one contract.
Brett Parson founded Preeminent Professional Services in 2022 to bring facilities maintenance and management under one operator instead of splitting it across separate vendors.
Today PPS runs both halves of a building. Mechanical and capital work on one side, recurring cleaning and turnover on the other, coordinated through systems we built for ourselves rather than bought. MDOT certified MBE, DBE and SBE.
