As a Technical Advisor, you leverage your expertise in facilities operations and management to drive innovative solutions. You excel in fast-paced environments, foster strong relationships, and prioritize client satisfaction through tailored, on/off-site support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to identify needs and provide tailored solutions
• Conduct on/off-site evaluations to ensure compliance with standards
• Serve as a liaison between operations team, contractors, and clients
• Develop and implement processes to optimize maintenance schedules
• Provide technical support and training to field staff
• Stay updated on industry advancements and recommend innovative approaches

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in facilities management or related field
• Strong technical understanding of industry expertise and systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with facility management software and tools is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
