Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to identify needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct on-site evaluations to ensure compliance with standards
  • Serve as a liaison between operations team, contractors, and clients
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize maintenance schedules
  • Track and report on performance metrics

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management or field operations
  • Strong technical understanding of facility operations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
